Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Art.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the commercial success of the Art Delivery line of business, focusing on revenue growth and scalability
• Partner with the sales team to evaluate and close new business opportunities, ensuring successful delivery
• Define and execute a strategy for the art business, including service offerings and market positioning

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in games industry services, outsourcing, or related environments
• Proven experience leading business units or large operational teams
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in deal structuring and margin management
• Demonstrated ability to organize and scale teams across multiple projects
• Familiarity with game development pipelines and a passion for digital art
