Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Brand Design and Creative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the brand design strategy to support business objectives across all markets
  • Build and lead a global team of brand designers and establish creative processes for efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Product teams to align creative output with strategic priorities
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in brand design or creative leadership roles
  • Experience leading and scaling creative teams in high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable creative systems and governance frameworks
  • BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design, or a relevant field
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage
