Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Brand Design and Creative.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the brand design strategy to support business objectives across all markets
- Build and lead a global team of brand designers and establish creative processes for efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Product teams to align creative output with strategic priorities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in brand design or creative leadership roles
- Experience leading and scaling creative teams in high-growth environments
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable creative systems and governance frameworks
- BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design, or a relevant field
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage
