Job Summary
Passionate about brand storytelling, the full-time Head of Brand Marketing will lead identity development and retention strategies for a delivery-first restaurant group, focusing on creating household names for their brands while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead identity development and storytelling for the flagship brand, moonbowls, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints
- Own the post-purchase customer journey, implementing retention strategies and campaigns to maximize order frequency and customer lifetime value
- Develop and manage strategies for introducing brands into new markets, including social media outreach and collaboration with digital influencers
Required qualifications:
- Proven track record of enhancing brand visibility and equity
- Builder mentality with a strong passion for storytelling and understanding of customer behavior
- Experience launching successful marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth
