Job Summary

Passionate about brand storytelling, the full-time Head of Brand Marketing will lead the development and execution of brand strategies, focusing on identity, customer engagement, and market expansion while working remotely or from Los Angeles.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead identity development and storytelling for the flagship brand, moonbowls, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Own the post-purchase customer journey, spearheading retention strategies and digital loyalty initiatives to drive repeat ordering behavior
  • Develop and manage strategies for introducing brands into new markets, including social media outreach and collaborations with digital influencers
Required qualifications:
  • Proven track record of creating impactful brand campaigns that drive revenue growth and build brand equity
  • Builder mentality with a strong passion for storytelling and understanding of customer behavior and cultural trends
  • Experience managing teams and collaborating across various organizational functions
