Job Summary
Driving brand evolution, the full-time Head of Brand Marketing will collaborate with senior leadership to create a compelling, customer-centered brand identity and narrative, while managing an in-house creative team and agency relationships in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the CMO and senior leadership to shape the brand's long-term evolution
- Lead the creation of impactful brand stories and campaigns that connect emotionally with users
- Oversee the visual and creative identity of the brand, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
Required qualifications
- 10 years of experience in brand strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a B2B or SaaS company
- Proven portfolio of B2B or enterprise brand work, including personal contributions
- Experience managing and developing in-house design teams and agency relationships
- Strong ability to translate complex products and market dynamics into clear narratives
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in a creative workflow
