Job Summary
To drive the long-term evolution of the brand, the full-time Head of Brand Marketing will manage brand strategy, oversee creative identity, and lead the in-house creative team in a hybrid work environment across San Francisco or New York.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CMO and senior leadership to shape the brand's long-term evolution and ensure a customer-centered approach
- Lead the creation of compelling brand stories and campaigns that connect emotionally with users and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage agency relationships and oversee the creative review process to ensure high-quality outputs and alignment with brand strategy
Required qualifications
- 10 years of experience in brand strategy, with at least 3 years owning brand direction in a defined visual identity environment
- Experience in a high-growth B2B or SaaS setting, with a portfolio showcasing personal contributions to brand work
- Strong ability to translate complex market data into compelling narratives that inspire creative teams
- Proven track record of leading in-house designers and managing creative agency relationships effectively
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in a creative workflow, demonstrating practical knowledge of their applications
