A company is looking for a Head of Business Analytics to join their Strategy Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a company-wide data and business analytics strategy
• Build scalable business analytics processes and infrastructure for consistent reporting
• Drive technology migration and establish data governance frameworks for accuracy and accessibility

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business intelligence, data science, or analytics roles
• Experience with modern data stack tools including SQL and data visualization platforms
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional executive stakeholders
• Working knowledge of data transformation tools such as DBT and Snowflake
• Experience leading teams through technology migrations and establishing data governance frameworks
