Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic partnership roadmap and manage full lifecycle of partnerships
- Oversee growth and onboarding pipeline for B2B clients and lead advertising revenue strategy
- Provide leadership and development to the business development team while ensuring operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships, with 5+ years at a Director level or higher
- Proven success in managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue and product impact
- Experience in leading teams with 5+ direct reports in business development or sales
- Data-driven operator with experience in setting KPIs and building forecasts
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
