A company is looking for a Head of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise partners, driving transaction growth and product adoption
• Build commercial relationships and collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch new payment flows
• Identify new monetizable use cases and develop go-to-market strategies to expand distribution

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise payments, fintech, or crypto infrastructure
• Deep understanding of payment networks, PSP economics, and merchant value chains
• Proven ability to manage enterprise relationships and drive revenue growth
• Strong strategic instincts and ability to create scalable initiatives
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity
