Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Business Development & Licensing.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full P&L responsibility for revenue growth and margin performance
- Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities, licensing deals, and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create compelling proposals for prospective partners
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in business development, licensing, or strategic partnerships, preferably in e-commerce or consumer products
- Strong track record of P&L influence and driving revenue through partnerships
- Experience managing PR agencies and securing media exposure is a plus
- Knowledge of product development, packaging, and brand compliance standards
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, nimble environment
