Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Business Development & Licensing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full P&L responsibility for revenue growth and margin performance
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities, licensing deals, and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create compelling proposals for prospective partners
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in business development, licensing, or strategic partnerships, preferably in e-commerce or consumer products
  • Strong track record of P&L influence and driving revenue through partnerships
  • Experience managing PR agencies and securing media exposure is a plus
  • Knowledge of product development, packaging, and brand compliance standards
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, nimble environment
