Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Business Development, RIA & IBD Channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and launch RIA and Independent Broker Dealer relationships
  • Serve as the primary B2B recruiting contact for the RIA and Independent Broker Dealer channel
  • Identify growth opportunities and strategize with leadership to capitalize on them
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in insurance relationship management and RIA distribution
  • Experience developing and executing measurable business development strategies
  • Ability to manage complex relationships across national accounts
  • Strong analytical mindset to identify opportunities and interpret business data
