Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Business Development to oversee its Business Development organization and drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 7 front-line BDR managers and 50+ representatives, fostering a high-performance culture
- Drive outbound strategy and create Account-Based Marketing (ABM) motions to enhance lead generation
- Launch and utilize AI tools to improve sales development processes and partner with teams to enhance conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of second-line leadership experience with a focus on managing large teams
- Proven experience in multi-product adoption and developing sales strategies for diverse solutions
- Experience in launching and leveraging AI tools for sales processes
- Strong expertise in driving outbound strategies, performance management, and cross-functional alignment
- Exceptional coaching skills and an analytical mindset for continuous improvement
