Job Summary

Owning both sales and marketing for the company, the full-time Head of Business Development will manage the entire sales process from initial conversation to contract signing while also executing internal marketing strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct introductory and discovery calls, manage the sales pipeline, and negotiate contracts
  • Develop and execute internal Meta advertising campaigns and broader marketing strategies
  • Create and maintain marketing assets, including ads, landing pages, and case studies
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience with a proven track record of high earnings from commissions
  • Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of 2 to 6 weeks
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta platforms
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, for pipeline management and reporting
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
