Job Summary

Owning both sales and marketing, the full-time Head of Business Development will manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing while executing internal marketing strategies for a remote Meta advertising agency focused on Registered Investment Advisors and independent financial advisory firms.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct introductory and discovery calls, manage the sales pipeline, and handle contract negotiations
  • Develop and execute internal Meta advertising campaigns and broader marketing strategies to elevate brand positioning
  • Create and manage marketing assets, including ads, landing pages, and case studies, while building a sales playbook and objection library
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience with a proven track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation, primarily from commissions
  • Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta, or strong knowledge of direct response and digital marketing
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, including pipeline management and reporting
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and available during standard business hours
