Job Summary
Owning both sales and marketing, the full-time Head of Business Development will manage the sales process from initial conversation to signed contract while executing internal marketing strategies for a specialized Meta advertising agency serving Registered Investment Advisors and independent financial advisory firms, all in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct introductory and discovery calls, manage the sales pipeline, and handle contract negotiations
- Develop and execute the internal marketing strategy, including Meta advertising campaigns and content creation
- Build and maintain a sales playbook and objection library to streamline the sales process
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B closing experience with a proven track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation
- Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers
- Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta platforms
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, for pipeline management and reporting
- Ability to operate as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions
