Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Business Development & Client Success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow new corporate clients through leading a sales team and lead implementation adoption for clients
  • Establish and implement plans to exceed pipeline generation goals and close enterprise deals
  • Manage a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives to drive high performance and refine processes

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of Business Development experience with 5+ years in enterprise-level sales in the corporate learning space
  • Experience in managing clients for revenue generation in corporate learning and development or similar field
  • Experience with interpreting data and analytics, and creating client success plans
  • Experience leading teams and implementing educational technology initiatives or partnership programs
  • Some SaaS experience required
