A company is looking for a Head of Business Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for procurement, risk, and data teams within Business Operations
• Define and operationalize company strategy and goals in collaboration with senior leadership
• Monitor partner performance and manage company business registration and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in Business Operations
• Strong leadership and team management experience across various Business Operations functions
• Experience enabling global teams in a remote working environment
• Background in setting up business operations in a startup or scale-up environment
• Experience in Professional Services preferred
