Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Business Operations, the remote full-time position will manage cross-departmental coordination, drive execution of business development OKRs, and optimize processes for scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate across Delivery, Talent, Sales, Client Success, Legal, and Finance to align on business development priorities and OKRs
• Drive execution of company-level and business development OKRs, ensuring clear ownership and measurable outcomes
• Design and optimize cross-functional processes to improve efficiency and scalability

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Operations, Strategy, or a similar leadership role in a technology or consulting environment
• Strong track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and aligning teams toward shared goals
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Experience with operational processes tied to OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
