Head of Business Operations

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence in a remote capacity, the Head of Business Operations will manage cross-departmental coordination, execution of business development OKRs, and process optimization to support scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a central coordination point across Delivery, Talent, Sales, Client Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment on business development priorities
• Drive the execution of company-level and business development OKRs, ensuring clear ownership and measurable outcomes
• Design and optimize cross-functional processes that improve efficiency, accountability, and scalability

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Operations, Strategy, or a similar leadership role in a technology or high-growth environment
• Strong track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and aligning teams toward shared business goals
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills for managing complex initiatives
• Experience with operational processes tied to OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
