Head of Business Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Business Strategy & Transformation, CTO.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the financial model for Central Tech, designing cost-allocation mechanisms and unit-economic models
• Build AI-driven forecasting and governance models to automate the business of tech
• Manage non-people spend through audits of software portfolios, vendor contracts, and cloud usage

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in an engineering discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience managing teams
• 10+ years of combined experience in software development, program management, business development, or business operations
• Deep experience with P&L management, Capex/Opex modeling, and cloud unit economics (FinOps)
• Experience in management consulting or as a founder/operator
