A company is looking for a Head of Business Systems & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and shape the systems and data architecture, ensuring clean data flows across multiple teams
• Lead the transition of systems ownership, establishing a governance framework and roadmap
• Embed AI into core workflows and decision-making to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership roles within B2B SaaS
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite, with experience in integration design
• Strong experience with iPaaS platforms and modern BI tooling
• Proven ability to design and operate a closed-loop architecture in a multi-entity environment
• Hands-on experience with system configuration and data governance within the last 12 months
