Head of Business Systems

Job Summary

Owning and shaping the systems and data architecture, the remote Head of Business Systems will manage the integration of Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and BI tools while leading a small team to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end systems and data architecture, ensuring clean data flows across various teams
• Lead the transition of systems ownership into Business Operations, establishing a governance framework and roadmap
• Build and manage a high-performing team of systems and operations specialists while overseeing vendor relationships and contracts

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership roles within B2B SaaS, including 3 years in a leadership position
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite, with experience in designing integration layers
• Strong experience with iPaaS platforms, particularly Workato, and modern BI tools
• Demonstrated ability to design and operate a closed-loop architecture in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional systems programs on time and within budget
