Head of Business Systems

Job Summary

Owning the systems and data architecture, the full-time Head of Business Systems will connect Finance, GTM, Product, and Customer teams through a trusted system landscape, ensuring clean data flows across Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workato in a remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end systems and data architecture, ensuring reliable automation and clean data across key business processes
• Lead the transition of systems ownership into Business Operations while establishing a governance framework and roadmap
• Build and manage a high-performing team of systems and operations specialists, overseeing vendor relationships and contracts

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership roles within B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite, including experience designing integration layers
• Strong experience with iPaaS platforms, particularly Workato, and modern BI tooling
• Proven ability to design and operate a closed-loop architecture in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with system configuration and automation within the last 12 months
