Head of Business Systems

Job Summary

Strategically shaping the systems and data architecture, the remote Head of Business Systems will lead the integration of Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and BI tools, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency while managing a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end systems architecture connecting key platforms and ensure reliable data flows across teams
• Establish a governance framework and operating model for Business Operations, guiding systems ownership transition
• Define and implement AI governance to enhance decision-making and operational automation

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Systems or RevOps leadership roles within B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite integration and operations
• Strong experience with iPaaS platforms, particularly Workato, and modern BI tools
• Proven hands-on experience in system configuration and automation within the past year
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional systems programs effectively
