Head of Business Systems

Job Summary

Owning the systems and data architecture, the remote Head of Business Systems will manage the integration of Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workato while leading a high-performing team to enhance operational efficiency and data governance within a B2B SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end systems and data architecture connecting key platforms and ensure clean data flows across teams
• Lead the transition of systems ownership into Business Operations, establishing a governance framework and roadmap
• Define and enforce master data management standards while partnering with various departments to translate business priorities into scalable solutions

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership roles within B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite, with a proven track record of integration design
• Strong experience with iPaaS platforms, preferably Workato, and modern BI tools
• Demonstrated ability to design and operate a closed-loop architecture in a multi-entity environment
• Robust data governance and master data management discipline with hands-on experience in system configuration
