Head of Business Systems

Job Summary

Owning and shaping the systems and data architecture, the full-time remote Head of Business Systems will connect Finance, GTM, Product, and Customer teams through a trusted system landscape, ensuring clean data flows across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and the BI layer.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end systems and data architecture, ensuring reliable automation and clean data for core processes
• Lead the transition of systems ownership into Business Operations, establishing a governance framework and roadmap
• Build and develop a high-performing team of systems and operations specialists while managing vendor relationships

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership roles within B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years leading a function or team
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite, with experience designing their integration layer
• Strong experience with iPaaS platforms, particularly Workato, and modern BI tooling
• Proven ability to design and operate a closed-loop architecture in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in system configuration and automation within the last 12 months
