Head of Business Systems

Job Summary

Leading the development of systems and data architecture, the remote Head of Business Systems will manage integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, and other platforms, ensuring efficient data flow and operational excellence in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end systems and data architecture, ensuring clean data flows across key business teams
• Lead the transition of systems ownership into Business Operations, establishing governance frameworks and roadmaps
• Build and manage a high-performing team of systems and operations specialists while overseeing vendor relationships and contracts

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership roles within B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite, with experience designing integration layers
• Strong familiarity with iPaaS platforms, particularly Workato, and modern BI tools
• Demonstrated ability to design and operate a closed-loop architecture in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional systems programs on time and on budget
