Head of Business Systems

Job Summary

Leading the design and governance of business systems, the remote Head of Business Systems will manage the integration of Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workato, ensuring data flows seamlessly across teams while driving operational efficiency and embedding AI into workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end systems and data architecture connecting key platforms and ensure clean data flows across Finance, GTM, Product, and Customer teams
• Lead the transition of systems ownership into Business Operations, establishing a governance framework and roadmap that evolves with business needs
• Build and lead a high-performing team of systems and operations specialists while managing vendor relationships and contracts for core SaaS tools

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership roles within B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite, with experience designing integration layers between them
• Strong experience with iPaaS platforms (preferably Workato) and modern BI tools
• Proven ability to design and operate a closed-loop architecture in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
• Demonstrated hands-on experience within the last 12 months in configuring systems and building automations
