Head of Business Systems Operations

Job Summary

As the Head of Business Systems Operations, this remote role will own and shape the systems and data architecture connecting Finance, GTM, Product, and Customer teams, ensuring efficient data flows across platforms like Salesforce and NetSuite while leading a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency and system integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end systems and data architecture, ensuring clean data flows across various teams and platforms
• Lead the transition of systems ownership into Business Operations, establishing a governance framework and roadmap
• Build and develop a high-performing team of systems and operations specialists while managing vendor relationships and contracts

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership roles within B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite, including integration design experience
• Strong experience with iPaaS platforms, particularly Workato, and modern BI tooling
• Demonstrated ability to design and operate a closed-loop architecture in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
• Robust data governance and master data management discipline, with a clear perspective on ownership and quality
