Head of Business Systems Operations

Job Summary

Strategically shaping the systems and data architecture, the remote Head of Business Systems Operations will own the integration of Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workato, ensuring clean data flows across Finance, GTM, Product, and Customer teams while leading a high-performing team in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end systems and data architecture connecting key platforms and ensure reliable automation
• Lead the transition of systems ownership into Business Operations, establishing a governance framework and roadmap
• Define and enforce master data management standards while partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership roles within B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite, with a proven track record of designing integration layers
• Strong experience with iPaaS platforms, particularly Workato, and modern BI tooling
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in system configuration and automation within the last 12 months
• Robust data governance and master data management discipline with a focus on ownership and quality
