Head of Business Value - AI

Job Summary

Leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives, the contract Head of Business Value - AI will manage the business demand pipeline, partner with non-technical leaders to prioritize AI use cases, and establish frameworks for AI adoption, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end business demand pipeline for enterprise AI initiatives, from identifying opportunities through adoption and value realization
• Establish and manage a centralized intake and prioritization framework for AI initiatives, ensuring visibility and alignment across stakeholders
• Define success metrics, adoption measurements, and ROI frameworks to quantify business impact and guide investment decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy, product management, consulting, or enterprise technology leadership
• Minimum 3 years leading complex cross-functional transformation or organizational change initiatives
• Demonstrated success translating business requirements into technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
• Strong background evaluating software vendors and making strategic build-versus-buy recommendations
