Head of Capital Markets

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Capital Markets & Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of equity, debt, and secondary transactions, including structuring and negotiations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and establish consistent engagement outside of fundraising
• Define and execute the company's M&A strategy, including identifying targets and leading acquisitions

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development
• Experience leading or contributing to equity financings, secondary transactions, and M&A at high-growth technology companies
• Ability to structure and execute high-stakes transactions with sound judgment
• Experience building and maintaining investor relationships for a growth-stage or pre-IPO company
• Strong analytical foundation, including financial modeling and deal structuring
