A company is looking for a Head of Ceded Reinsurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a small team and set the long-term vision for the company's outward reinsurance activities
• Champion creative risk-sharing approaches to enhance capital utilization
• Protect overall financial stability of the organization

Required Qualifications and Education

• FCAS, ACAS, ARe, MBA, or CPCU designation
• 10+ years of experience in P&C reinsurance
• 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the reinsurance market
• Experience with alternative risk transfer (ART) and regulatory regimes
• Strong knowledge of broker relationships
