Job Summary
Driving strategic growth, the full-time Head of Channel Partnerships will own the partnership lifecycle, including strategy, recruitment, enablement, and revenue performance, while leading a high-performing team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the channel partner strategy for the US market, establishing KPIs and reporting to the CRO
- Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners, leading commercial negotiations for partnership agreements
- Build and maintain a partner enablement program, coordinating co-selling efforts with internal teams and managing partner incentive programs
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in channel partnerships, alliances, or business development, preferably in a B2B SaaS or AI/ML company
- Proven track record of building and scaling a partner program with significant ARR contributions
- Experience in recruiting and managing partnerships with VARs, GSIs, ISVs, and technology alliances
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure deals and negotiate contracts
- Proficiency with CRM and PRM tools such as Salesforce or PartnerStack
