Job Summary
To drive partner revenue growth, the remote Head of Channel Sales will build and manage a team of Partner Managers, expand the reseller network, and architect a scalable channel program while holding accountability for partner-sourced ARR targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 3-5 Partner Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
- Expand PDQ's reseller network by personally recruiting and onboarding partners in strategic markets
- Design and implement the channel program, including partner tiers and incentive structures
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS channel sales or partner management experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
- An established network of reseller and channel partner relationships in the IT software space
- Proven track record of meeting and growing partner-sourced ARR targets
- Experience as a player-coach, leading a team while engaging directly with key partners
- Undergraduate or graduate degree, or equivalent experience in channel sales leadership
