Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Client Success to lead a team focused on client onboarding, implementation, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Client Success team in implementation and relationship management
• Drive customer activation and adoption to accelerate revenue realization
• Establish KPIs across service delivery, customer health, and commercial performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a similar field
• 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Customer Operations, or Service Delivery in relevant sectors
• Strong commercial mindset with experience improving MRR and expansion revenue
• Background supporting enterprise retail or banking customers preferred
• Solid operational and leadership capability in delivery environments
