Job Summary

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Customer Operations, or Service Delivery in relevant sectors
- Strong commercial mindset with experience improving MRR and expansion revenue
- Background supporting enterprise retail or banking customers preferred
- Solid operational and leadership capability in delivery environments
