Job Summary

Head of Clinical Operations, a full-time position responsible for overseeing clinical delivery infrastructure, building and leading clinical teams, and ensuring high-quality patient care in virtual cardiac and pulmonary rehab programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end clinical operations including patient onboarding, care team workflows, and quality assurance
• Build and mentor a high-performing remote clinical team of exercise physiologists, nurses, and care coordinators
• Develop clinical SOPs and compliance frameworks while collaborating with partners to expand program reach

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in clinical or healthcare operations
• Proven track record in building and scaling clinical programs, preferably in digital health
• Experience in hiring and leading remote clinical teams
• Strong strategic thinking with a focus on execution and achieving results
• Data-driven mindset with experience in clinical quality metrics and outcomes reporting
