Job Summary

Leading and scaling clinical operations remotely, the full-time Head of Clinical Operations will manage Operations Managers, build scalable processes, and oversee key operational metrics to enhance clinical quality and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Clinical Operations organization and Care Partner operations
• Manage and develop Operations Managers while ensuring accountability and performance across teams
• Build and optimize operating processes, staffing models, and management systems

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare operations, clinical operations, or care delivery experience
• Senior leadership experience managing large healthcare operations teams
• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling healthcare operations and processes
• Strong track record in operational performance management
• Ability to operate at both executive and day-to-day operational levels
