Head of Cloud Security Compliance

Job Summary

Owning the cloud security posture and compliance program, the full-time Head of Information Security/Compliance will manage AWS security architecture, run SOC 2 audits, and serve as the senior security voice in customer interactions, either from Denver, CO or remotely within the US.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage Frontera's cloud security architecture and posture on AWS, including IAM design
• Run and perform SOC 2 audits against AWS infrastructure, ensuring compliance and security standards
• Build and mature Frontera's compliance program to support enterprise and healthcare customers

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of security/compliance experience with hands-on SOC 2 audits in AWS environments
• Experience with IAM architecture and cloud security certifications
• Proven ability to engage in security reviews with customers and prospects
• Strong presence and fluency in enterprise security discussions with stakeholders
• Background in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred
