Job Summary
Leading cloud telephony sales across the Americas, the full-time Head of Cloud Telephony Sales will define regional sales strategies, develop a high-performing team, and engage with senior buyers to drive revenue growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute regional sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market share
- Lead and develop a team of segment leaders and specialists, fostering future leadership through coaching
- Engage directly with senior buyers on strategic deals and drive operational rigor through accurate forecasting
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise software or cloud communications
- 5+ years of experience managing multi-segment sales organizations
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets above $100M in high-growth markets
- Deep knowledge of cloud telephony and enterprise collaboration technologies
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior buyers in complex procurement cycles
