Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the agency's comprehensive commerce strategy, aligning with client objectives and the retail landscape
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives and key retail partners, managing Joint Business Plans
• Lead and mentor commerce teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in retail media, commerce, and digital marketing
• Deep understanding of the retail media landscape and strong relationships with key decision-makers at major retailers
• Extensive experience in developing and executing Joint Business Plans with retail partners
• Expertise in retail programmatic strategies and integrated measurement frameworks
• Experience managing P&L and financial performance is preferred
