Job Summary

Leading the strategy and growth of commercial auto insurance solutions, the full-time Head of Commercial Auto Insurance will design and launch innovative insurance programs while building strategic partnerships with carriers and transportation platforms in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the insurance strategy for the commercial auto vertical, identifying market opportunities
• Lead the design and launch of commercial auto insurance programs, including underwriting guidelines and pricing strategies
• Develop and manage relationships with insurance carriers and brokers to secure competitive program structures

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial auto insurance across fleet, transportation, or specialty vehicle markets
• Proven experience in designing or launching insurance programs, including underwriting structures and carrier partnerships
• Strong understanding of commercial auto risk characteristics and diverse transportation operations
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups or program administrators
