Job Summary
Leading the company's portfolio of commercial lines, the full-time Head of Commercial Insurance will manage product development, profitability, and performance metrics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Establish product and pricing strategies through competitor analysis and financial benchmarking
- Lead a team of directors to achieve product goals and maintain service standards across commercial lines
- Oversee profitability goals by directing pricing strategies, data integration, and market intelligence efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, mathematics, finance, actuarial science, economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience in P&C insurance or similar financial roles
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines P&C insurance products
- Proven P&L management experience on a countrywide scale
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with SaaS and SQL preferred
