A company is looking for a Head of Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive commercialization operations roadmap for product launch readiness
• Establish distribution and fulfillment infrastructure, including vendor selection and contracting
• Define and implement the commercial analytics stack to support launch and ongoing operations

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in commercial operations within pharma, specialty products, or adjacent healthcare services
• Experience in building launch infrastructure including patient support services and pharmacovigilance
• Strong understanding of gross-to-net mechanics and operationalizing pricing and reporting
• Experience managing complex vendor ecosystems with governance and accountability
• Ability to create scalable processes in a fast-paced environment
