Job Summary

To drive operational excellence across the organization, the full-time Head of Commercial Operations will manage revenue operations, tooling, process design, and enablement functions remotely while ensuring data integrity and performance visibility for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the GTM data model, ensuring consistent definitions and clean data across teams
  • Design and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into pipeline and team performance
  • Build and lead the enablement function, developing onboarding programs and ongoing training for all GTM teams
Required qualifications
  • 7-12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Enablement in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of building or scaling operations or enablement functions
  • Experience with a GTM tech stack, including Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models and translate data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional process design instincts and a collaborative mindset to influence without authority
