Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships, preferably in commercial payer partnerships
- 4+ years of experience leading high-performing business development or partnership teams
- Proven track record of building complex, long-term partnerships with large enterprises
- Ability to hire and retain talent skilled in high-level negotiations
- Strong accountability for growth KPIs and proficiency in partnership metrics and lifecycle management
