Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in healthcare strategy, commercial strategy, or business development
• Established relationships across the health plan, broker/consultant, and employer ecosystem
• Proven track record of positioning a product as a category leader in healthcare
• Strong understanding of the mental health landscape and buying decision processes
• Experience influencing enterprise deals without directly owning quota
