Head of Communications

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Communications to lead strategic communications and media relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns and announcements
• Leverage and cultivate relationships with media targets across financial media and web3 trade press
• Work with the Executive Team to articulate messaging and develop proactive talking points

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Communications / PR in traditional finance, crypto, or DeFi
• Deep understanding of blockchain, web3 ecosystems, and financial services
• Strong media relationships in Web3 and adjacent financial services
• Robust writing skills with experience simplifying complex financial topics
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
