Head of Communications

Job Summary

Leading the communications strategy for a global business, the full-time Head of Communications will define and execute a comprehensive communications plan across various channels while managing media relations and internal communications remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term, global communications strategy integrating multiple narratives for the company
• Lead media and press relations to enhance the company's presence in financial and crypto outlets
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on communications strategy and execution

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in communications with senior leadership roles in tech, fintech, or financial services
• Deep experience across various communications sub-functions, with expertise in at least one area
• Proven ability to manage press relations and re-establish a company's brand in key media forums
• Strong existing relationships with finance and crypto reporters and the ability to operate in international markets
• Experience in fintech or crypto-native companies, with a track record of building brand and mindshare
