Job Summary
To build and lead a community management strategy, the full-time Head of Community Management will develop guidelines, manage a team, and engage with online communities to enhance brand loyalty and growth in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the community management strategy across all digital platforms
- Lead a team of community managers, providing direction and performance feedback
- Track community health metrics including engagement rates and growth trends
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in community management or social media strategy
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale engaged online communities
- Strong understanding of community platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and Facebook Groups
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing community teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of online community dynamics
